No! OneSearch is open to anyone, anywhere to search.
However, additional functions are available when you login with your UARK username and password. These include:
1. Place requests for library materials
If you are not signed in to OneSearch, you will see that an item is available, but not be able to request that we pull and hold it for you.
If you login with your @uark.edu email and password, you will see requesting options, including scan requests for chapters or articles:
2. Access to Ebooks, Ejournals, and More
Off campus? Signing into OneSearch means you are already authenticated to all our online resources.
3. Results from Restricted Resources
Some contents in OneSearch are limited to authenticated users, for example, results from Web of Science. If you are off-campus, you will want to sign in to view full results.
