Q. I'm having trouble logging in to ILLiad

Existing Interlibrary Loan (ILLiad) Users

Current University of Arkansas Students, Faculty, and Staff

Patrons with a current @uark.edu email address, no matter what login they were using previously for Interlibrary Loan, will use their uark.edu email address as their login. If their email address is gohogs@uark.edu, their Interlibrary Loan login will be gohogs@uark.edu. 

Community Borrowers, Alumni, and Those Without a Current UARK Email Account

Patrons who have registered for borrowing privileges but do not have a UARK email account will still use a ILLiad username and password. This will be assigned by the Resource Sharing department.

New Interlibrary Loan (ILLiad) Users

Current University of Arkansas Students, Faculty, and Staff

New UARK Interlibrary Loan users will need to complete a first-time registration after logging in with their UARK email and password.
 

Community Borrowers, Alumni, and Those Without a Current UARK email Account

Patrons who have registered for borrowing privileges but who do not yet have an Interlibrary Loan account should call or email the Resource Sharing department at 479-575-5311 or ILLinfo@uark.edu.

  2. Please apply for alumni library privileges using the instructions on our Alumni page (https://libraries.uark.edu/alumni/ ). After your library account is created you can contact the ILL department at illinfo@uark.edu to create an ILLiad account.
