Q. I keep getting 400 or 502 errors. How can I fix this?
When I try to access Proquest, Ebsco, or another resource, my browser says Proxy Cache or 400 error.

We are so sorry you are seeing this error.
The problem is a bad page response cached in your browser (Chrome, Safari, or Firefox). This error happens most often with heavily-used resources such as ProQuest or EBSCO.
The quickest fix is to clear your browser cache. See the below link for instructions.
Be sure to close and reopen your browser after clearing the cache.
