Unfortunately, sometimes the PDF viewer that is built into the Chrome browser does not render PDFs from ProQuest, Ebsco, or other library databases correctly. You can bypass this problem by:

1. Download the full PDF to your computer and then open it with Adobe Reader, Mac Preview, or another PDF reading software.
   
    
2. Read the HTML version of the article, if available.
