The library is no longer a drop-off location for used batteries or toner cartridges. The U of A partners with Staples to recycle ink and toner cartridges regardless of brand. There are three ways to recycle toner cartridges on campus with Staples:

• Driver pickup program: Next time you get a Staples delivery, their driver will collect your cartridges for you, regardless of brand. 
• Prepaid return mailing-label: Mail your cartridges back for free. Simply print your label at StaplesAdvantage.com/recyclinginktoner.
• Clover Toner Cartridge Mailing Box: Add the SKU (984666) to your next Staples order, put your empty cartridges into our recycling container. 

The U of A Computer Store also collects ink and toner cartridges in bins that are found at the loading dock on the northeast corner of the Garland Avenue Parking Garage.
