Each semester, a student can print up to the equivalent of 700 single-sided black toner pages (a value of $35) without charge in general access computer labs. The printing quota can be used in any combination of the following:
- Laser printer, black, single-sided, $.05 per page
- Laser printer, black, double-sided, $.08 per page
- Color printer, single-sided, $.20 per page
Check the status of your print quota by logging into printsmart.uark.edu with your UARK username and password (see link below).
If there was problem with your print job, such as a paper jam or low print quality, you can request a refund by logging into printsmart.uark.edu with your UARK username and password, clicking Recent Print Jobs and selecting Request Refund. Requests are processed within one week.
For more information on printing, visit the UITS page on Print Quota (see link below) or email print@uark.edu with your question.
