Q. Does the university have a notary that students can go to?

I need to get something notarized. How do I do that?

University of Arkansas students and employees may contact the following people who have been identified as willing to notarize documents.

  • Kamille A. Barker/Center for Community Engagement/Union A634/479-575-4365
  • Kathleen Lehman/479-575-7048/kalehman@uark.edu
  • Marsha Norvell/479-575-2819/mnorvell@uark.edu
  • Sandra Perrodin/Financial Affairs/575-4547/sperrod@uark.edu

Northwest Arkansas community members may contact a local bank or UPS store, many of which have notaries available, sometimes for a small fee.

**NOTE: Remember, you must have a current photo ID with you and you must wait to sign the documents in front of the notary public.  Do not sign documents before meeting with the notary public.
