Q. Does the university have a notary that students can go to?

I need to get something notarized. How do I do that?

There are currently notaries in the Human Resources office in ADMN 222. Please make an appointment to guarantee availability through the link below. Walk-ins are allowed, but availability is not guaranteed. Please phone with any questions at 479-575-5351.

Fayetteville Public Library offers notary appointments. To schedule a time, use the link below.

Northwest Arkansas community members may contact Kathleen Lehman at klean511@gmail.com ($5 charge per signature), or they may want to check with their local bank, many of which offer notary services.

Springdale Public Library offers notary services at no charge. Please call the library to ensure availability. More info at the link below.

**NOTE: Remember, you must have a current government-issued photo ID (ex. driver's license or passport) with you, and you usually must wait to sign the documents in front of the notary public. Do not sign documents before meeting with the notary public.
