Yes.  

Chicago Manual of Style Online provides the fully-searchable text of the 15th and 16th editions as well as a question and answer section and guidelines on manuscript preparation. Beyond documentation formats, the Manual provides guidance on grammar and usage, quotation, paraphrasing, and more.

The Chicago Manual of Style in print, 15th and 16th editions, is available at the main research desk in Mullins Library.
