The Arkansas Union will close at 6pm on Saturday December 19, 2015 and reopen on Sunday, January 10, 2016.  Here's the information we have so far on what services will be available during the closing and where.

Computer Lab and Student Technology Center

Arkansas Union Help Desk will be relocated to the Faculty Technology Center (Gibson Annex) and open during regular business hours. Phone support will continue to be available at 479-575-2905.

The Union General Access Computer Lab (GACL) and Student Technology Center (STC) will be closed.  Equipment checked out from the Student Tech Center must be returned by 5 p.m. on Thursday, December 17. Some equipment can be checked out from Mullins Library between January 3 and 10.

The GACL mini lab in the Administrative Services Building on Razorback Road will continue to be available 24/7 during the holiday break. Other computer labs will be unavailable while the university is closed from December 24 to January 3.

Treasurer's Office

Student Accounts staff will be available in the Faulkner Performing Arts Center, room 129. The entrance will be at the rear of the building. The staff will be able to assist with student account issues, RSO checks, payroll deduction forms and other services normally provided in the Arkansas Union. Payments will not be accepted in the Faulkner Performing Arts Center.

A cashier station will be located at Parking and Transit in ADSB 131. There will be one cashier and a kiosk will be available in the lobby.

Other functions of the Treasurer's Office will be located in the Administration Building and Silas Hunt Hall.

Please refer to the Treasurer's website or email treainfo@uark.edu for more information.
