The error message occurs when you are logging in under the "Other users" portion of the login form.  This form needs your last name and University of Arkansas ID number. The error might occur in these instances:

  • You are trying to log into both sections of the form.
Log in to the Current Students, Faculty, and Staff side with your UARK username and password.
Log in to Other Users side if you are affiliated with the University but do not have a UARK username and password.
Do not fill out both sections of the form.

  • You made a typing error on your last name or UARK ID Number.
    Check your typing.
Your UARK ID number is the nine-digit number printed on you ID card.

  • We may not have a current record for you on our library system.
