Q. I need to find an article in the Journal of Family and Consumer Sciences. Where do I find that journal online?

Or is it the Family and Consumer Sciences journal? Something like that?

There are two journals with very similar names:

  • Journal of Family and Consumer Sciences
is published by the American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences and used to be called the Journal of Home Economics
  • Family and Consumer Sciences Research Journal
is published by American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences and used to be called the Home Economics Research Journal

  1. This is a perfectly good answer, but the further question is that students are looking for articles on specific topics IN this journal. There's a search box in the upper right that will allow them to search within the journal for articles related to their topics. NPG
